How we get your order from our shelves to your door — timelines, charges and coverage across Ghana.
Orders paid and confirmed before midday are usually dispatched the same working day. Within Cape Coast, delivery is same day or next day. Elsewhere in Ghana, allow 1-3 working days depending on your region and the courier schedule.
Delivery is free within Cape Coast. Orders delivered outside Cape Coast attract a charge, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees added later.
Instalment orders are delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays. Our team will confirm the date with you after your plan is approved so you know exactly when to expect the delivery.
Enter your city, area and a landmark with your address, and keep your phone switched on. If our rider cannot reach you on the number on the order, delivery may be rescheduled.
Please inspect your product in front of the delivery agent. If anything looks wrong, tell them before signing and contact us the same day so we can resolve it quickly.
If you need to move a delivery, contact us as early as you can. Repeated missed appointments may attract a re-delivery charge, which we will always explain before applying it.
